In a significant move to strengthen industrial partnerships, a high-level delegation from China Shipbuilding (Tianjin) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.,recently conducted a comprehensive inspection tour of Tianjin Yuantai Derun Steel Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. The delegation was led by Mr. Zhu Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman, and Mr. Li An'ge, General Manager.

The visit, accompanied by leaders from Jinghai District, aimed to delve into Yuantai Derun's manufacturing capabilities and explore new avenues for collaboration in the shipbuilding sector.

Accompanied by Mr. Liu Kaisong, Vice General Manager of Yuantai Derun, the delegation embarked on a detailed tour of the production workshops. They observed the operation of multiple advanced production lines, including carbon steel square pipe, galvanized steel pipe, and LSAW steel pipe lines.

The visitors were highly impressed by the orderly arranged equipment, rigorous production processes, and a high degree of automation. Chairman Zhu Ping and his team meticulously inquired about key production stages, from raw material processing to final product inspection.This investigation commended Yuantai Derun's large-scale production layout, advanced processing technology, and stringent quality control system.

In follow-up discussions, executives from Yuantai Derun provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s development history and product portfolio, with a special focus on core products essential for shipbuilding. These include square & rectangular steel tubes, round carbon steel tube, and LSAW steel pipes.

The company highlighted the outstanding performance of its Q355D grade steel pipes, known for their superior low-temperature impact toughness and corrosion resistance, as well as LRAH36 grade pipes, which fully comply with the rigorous standards for shipbuilding structures.

To underscore its massive supply capability, Yuantai Derun outlined its production layout across its Tianjin and Tangshan bases, boasting an annual output of 10 million tons, ensuring reliable fulfillment of large-volume and urgent orders.
