4.Method of use for galvanized steel spiral ground piles

1) Construction process

Measurement and setting out → pile machine in place → lifting and feeding pile → verticality correction → hydraulic screwing → stop screwing → pile machine displacement

2) Selection test

Firstly, a selection experiment will be conducted on the terrain type, with continuous small and large leaves selected for each section. If the selection is not correct, it will cause extensive wear and tear on the galvanized layer due to the inability to smoothly screw into the soil layer, resulting in a decrease in the corrosion resistance of the terrain.

3) Spiral steel pile construction

The installation of ground anchor piles is the focus of spiral steel pile construction. The operation of the ramming machine is carried out based on the measurement and setting out of the pile position. Before driving the tracked machine, a relatively flat and stable place is selected for positioning. If the ground slope is steep, a winch is used to operate the ramming machine. Firstly, adjust the drilling machine head to the front, back, left, and right sides. After preliminary adjustment, use a level ruler or plumb bob to lift the verticality. Confirm that there are no errors and proceed to the next construction step. The pile position deviation is required to be<50mm, and the verticality is 90 ± 3 °.
